Is this a subscription?+
No. There is one price and one action: $9.90 unlocks the full text of one report. Nothing renews, there is no plan to choose, and there is nothing to cancel.
Do I need a card for the free part?+
No. The preview is unlocked the moment the report is written. A card is only involved if you decide to read the rest.
Can I get a refund?+
Once the full report is unlocked it is not refundable — the content has been delivered in full and stays available to you. If generation failed, the report is unusable, or you were charged twice, you get a full refund without having to ask for one.
What about the 14-day right of withdrawal in the EU?+
For digital content that is delivered immediately, that right can be waived. At checkout you agree to immediate delivery and give up the withdrawal right, and the same sentence appears in the refund policy.
