Clark Reads charges per report, not per subscription. The report is generated before payment, and the free preview can be read without a card.

## Free preview

- **Price:** $0 USD
- **Card required:** No
- **Includes:** The opening, the first part of chapter one, and the quotes shown in the preview.

## Full report

- **Price:** $9.90 USD
- **Billing:** One-time purchase for one report
- **Includes:** Every chapter and every quote in that report
- **Subscription:** None; there is no plan to choose or cancel
- **Purchase location:** The report page, after the free part has been read

## Supported inputs

- WhatsApp: .zip or .txt export
- iMessage: a plain-text conversation file prepared by the user
- WhatsApp media is removed in the browser before upload; the conversation text is uploaded for report generation.

## Refund policy

- Change of mind: full refund within 7 days of payment by emailing support@clarkread.com.
- EU, EEA and UK consumers: statutory 14-day withdrawal right.
- Generation failure, unusable report or duplicate charge: full refund at any time.

## Privacy and limits

- Conversation text with no report order, or whose report was never unlocked, is deleted within 48 hours.
- Original text for a purchased report is deleted within 7 days of the report.
- Conversations are not used to train AI models, sold or shared for advertising.
- A Clark Read is an AI-written reflective analysis, not therapy, legal, medical or financial advice, and it cannot establish what someone really thinks or feels.
